| Description: |
Join the Ohio Decoy Collectors and Carvers Association (ODCCA) and the Maumee Bay Carvers to learn how to carve and paint a 3/4 size Arctic Tern decoy silhouette. You may take your decoy home or enter it in the annual ODCCA state competition in March. Winning entries will be entered in the Ward World Carving Competition in Maryland in April.
