Have you ever wondered how the grains we grow at the Carter Historic Farm become the flours we use and sell? Join us for a bike ride from the Farm to the historic Ludwig Mill and back. While at the mill we will take a tour, and refuel with baked goods made using our flour. The ride will be 35-40 miles, aiming for an average speed of 15 mph. All riders should be comfortable with that speed and distance, and with riding on-road. Riders provide their own bicycle and helmet. RideWithGPS digital route map will be provided to registered riders ahead of time.
