When we learn how to step back from big feelings, we can better assess how to handle them. Here is a chance for children to learn how observation of nature is a great reflection of what goes on inside ourselves. During Focus at the Farm, kids will enjoy fun games revolving around awareness. We will explore our senses in nature and find a peaceful place of reflection. This program is designed for ages 6-9. Registration required, register the participating children only. Parents must stay with the group.
